What You Can Bring On Board

Every passenger can bring:

• 1 small personal item (up to 5kg) – Think handbag, laptop bag, or small backpack

Maximum size: 35 x 20 x 20 cm

Plus, depending on your fare:

Top tip: Your cabin bag must fit in the overhead locker or under the seat in front of you.

Your Hold Luggage Allowance

Infants (Under 2 years)

Even our youngest passengers get baggage allowance! In addition to the adult's allowance, you can always bring:

• 1 collapsible stroller or pushchair (free of charge)
• 1 car seat (free of charge)

If Something Goes Wrong

We take great care of your belongings, but if your baggage is damaged, here's what to do:

Before leaving the airport: Report any damage immediately at our Lost & Found desk. You'll need to provide:

• Damage Pilfered Report (DPR)
• Photo and dimensions of the damaged bag
• Purchase receipt or assessment report
• Repair receipt (if already repaired)

Important: Claims cannot be accepted after leaving the airport unless you can prove the damage occurred while in our care.

What's Not Covered

Please note that normal wear and tear isn't covered, including:

• Scratches, dents, dirt, and stains
• Damage from overpacking (like broken zippers)
• Lost external accessories (locks, straps)
• Broken or damaged handles
• Musical instruments and special baggage under limited release
• Fragile items

• Label everything – Add your contact details inside and outside your bag
• Pack smart – Keep valuables, medications, and essentials in your cabin bag
• Weigh before you fly – Save time and avoid surprises at the airport
• Lock it up – Use TSA-approved locks for peace of mind
