How It Works

Add your meal preference at online booking, or anytime up to 72 hours before departure through “Manage My Booking”.
Step 2: Choose Your Food
Browse our menu below, select what appeals to you, and complete your order. One meal per person, per flight.
Step 3: Confirmation
You'll receive confirmation. Your meal will be waiting at your seat when you board—no surprises, just your choice.

Mixed fresh salad leaves, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, feta, oregano, olives, peppers & vinaigrette dressing.

Important Note: Cyprus Airways cannot guarantee nut-free or allergen-free flights. Passengers must take all necessary medical precautions.
Crew Announcements: Crew will not make allergen announcements; however, upon request they may ask nearby passengers to avoid certain foods.

Refund & Changes Policy
Reimbursement of Amount Paid:
1.1 For voluntary changes or cancellations, the service is non-refundable. For involuntary changes or cancellations the service moves to the new date.
1.2 Refund is not available if:
- the passenger cancels due to schedule changes or delays, or
- the passenger cancels due to illness/death (family member or relative) with notice before check-in closes.
If the pre-ordered meal was not provided, email callcenter@cyprusairways.com within 1 month to receive a refund to the same payment card.

1.1 The in-flight meal pre-order service is available via the Cyprus Airways website, Call Centre or approved travel agencies.
1.2 Service available up to 72 hours before scheduled departure.
1.3 Payment applies per flight segment.
1.4 One pre-order service per passenger per flight.
1.5 Service available only on flights operated by Cyprus Airways.
1.6 Service not available for infants.
1.7 Meal composition may vary depending on route and season.
1.8 Cyprus Airways is not liable for allergens present in meals.
